Welcome to the SMW Viking Designs Pitch Competition! Our teams compete in a shark-tank-style competition at the end of each semester. Students in the Introduction to Business and Entrepreneurship classes create REAL business plans for a concept they selected and researched on their own.

 

Each team includes a student team leader and professional coach. Our coaches are from companies similar to those our teams are planning to create. Coaches help our students cover their bases and consider the realities of running a business throughout the planning process. This support is critical for teams to have the best chance at developing a winning pitch.
